''What a fabulous day. It's been 10 months since I gave birth and since I last exercised and was scared about today. But once I started, it wasn't as bad as I thought. Tara is brilliant, she knows her stuff and provided low/easy options for me as I suffer from knee issues. Yes I'm sore but once the fitness morning was over I felt great. The afternoon yoga session with Ros was the perfect end, enabling me to stretch out my sore muscles. Would definitely recommend today to anyone - I had a great day and feel brilliant.''

''The fitness & yoga workshop was great. Really worked hard and felt it was great value for money! Lunch was included so all you needed to bring was a change of clothes. Tara is a great trainer and Ros was great in the yoga.''

''At first, I was incredibly worried that I wouldn't be fit enough to manage the whole day; I was wrong! Working as a team and being supported the whole day made it hard but manageable.
