I am just a normal, average girl. 

I just happen to also be a fitness and nutrition professional who is passionate about helping real, everyday people like me be as fit, healthy and happy as possible.

You probably struggle to find time, motivation and sort through the conflicting information available in order to eat well and exercise. Through our personalised 1:1 sessions I will create a physical and nutritional programme that is specifically tailored to your lifestyle and family needs, in the comfort of your own home.
You won't be on a fad diet or quick fixes. You won't have to cut out foods or restrict the things you enjoy. And I certainly don't believe that the only way to feel great in a bikini is to have a washboard stomach. I believe in living a healthy lifestyle that is maintanable in your every day life, in eating the foods you enjoy and being active. 
My knowledge, passion and general outlook on health and fitness will help you not only become physically fitter, but help you change your lifestyle for the better.
